HEREAS it is expedient to amend the laws relating to, and bers to serve in the Parliament of South Australia-Be it therefbre Enacted by the Govcrnor of the Provincc of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament as- sembled, as follows:

Provided always, that the Governor may, upon the like addresses, declare that any of the polling places meutioned in the Second Schedule, or which may hereafter be appointed, as aforesaid, shall cease to be polling places, and may, by Proclamation, direct at which othcr polling places elcctors &titled to votc thcreat are to record their votes, and thereupon the rolls shall be altered accord- ingly.

election, anything in the 16th section of the "Electoral Act,
