Electoral and Referendum Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 and the Referendum (Constitution Alteration) Act 1906.

Sale of Rolls under sub-section 37 (1) of the Act

Regulation 7 of the Electoral and Referendum Regulations is amended by omitting from the table “8.30”, “0.80” (wherever occurring) and “0.30” and substituting “10.00”, “1.00” and “0.50” respectively.
