I, MARIE BASHIR, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Electoral and Referendum Amendment (Pre-poll Voting and Other Measures) Act 2010, fix 19 July 2010 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
