I, MARIE BASHIR, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 9 and 12 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Electoral and Referendum Amendment (Modernisation and Other Measures) Act 2010, fix 23 July 2010 as the day on which Schedules 5 and 7 to that Act commence.
