Insert:

10APermitted purpose for use of information—Australian Consortium for Social and Political Research Incorporated

  1. (1)

    For the purposes of paragraph 91A(2A)(c) of the Act, the purpose of inviting persons to participate in the Australian Survey of Social Attitudes is prescribed for the Australian Consortium for Social and Political Research Incorporated.

  2. (2)

    This section is repealed at the start of the day after the end of the period of 12 months starting on the day this section commences.
