I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electoral and Lobbying Legislation Amendment (Electoral Commission) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
