Electoral Amendment Regulations 2002 (No 1)

Electoral Act 1992

1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Electoral Amendment Regulations 2002 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

3. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Electoral Regulations 1993.

4. New regulation 5

   insert

5. Prescribed entity—Act, s 67 (1) (b)

   The ActewAGL retail partnership ABN 46 221 314 841 (Actew Retail Ltd ABN 23 074 371 207 and AGL ACT Retail Investments Pty Ltd ABN 53 093 631 586) is prescribed.
