Electoral Amendment Regulations 2001
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electoral Act 1985 .17 December 2001

Regulation 48
For duties in connection with a contested election, the conduct of the scrutiny and the completion of duties relating to persons who fail to vote – | ||

(a) | a returning officer who carries out those duties under an agreement between the Australian Electoral Commission and the Electoral Office | nil |
(b) | any other returning officer | 9 532 each election |
For assistance to the returning officer in a contested election – | ||

For duties in connection with a contested or an uncontested election – | ||
