ELECTORAL ACT 1907

ELECTORAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Electoral Amendment Regulations

1993.  

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Electoral Regulations 1988* are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 21A inserted

3.     After regulation 21 of the principal regulations the following regulation

is inserted -

4.      Schedule 3 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting Form 11

1.         The following persons have, during the preceding 3 months been admitted

the Mental Health Act 1962 during the preceding 3 months.
