Electoral Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electoral Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electoral Regulation 2013 . 3 Insertion of new pt 3A After part 3— insert— Part 3A Electronically assisted voting 4A Approval of procedure for electronically assisted voting—Act, s 121B(3)(a) For section 121B(3)(a) of the Act, the procedures set out in the document called ‘Electronically assisted voting procedures’ made by the commission on 7 January 2015 are approved.
