s1 2 s3 Electoral Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 229, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electoral Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electoral Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Prescribed information for electoral rolls—Act, s 58) Section 58— insert — ‘(2) Also, the following government entities are prescribed for section 58(6) of the Act— • Beaudesert Shire Council • Brisbane City Council • Caloundra City Council • Gold Coast City Council • Ipswich City Council • Logan City Council • Maroochy Shire Council • Noosa Shire Council • Pine Rivers Shire Council • Residential Tenancies Authority • the department within which the Transport Operations(Road Use Management) Act 1995 is administered.’.
