AN ACT to amend the Electoral Act, 1907-1970.

[Assented to 6th December, 1973.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Electoral Act 2viattlicon.

2. This Act shall come into operation on a date

3. Section 33 of the principal Act is amended by

4. Section 45 of the principal Act is amended

by adding after subsection (1) a passage as follows

by substituting for the word "four" in line twenty-one the word "ten" and for the word "ten" in line twenty-two the word "twenty".

by repealing paragraph (d) of subsection (9) and re-enacting it as follows
