AN ACT to further amend the Electoral Act, 1907-1940.

[Assented to 30th December, 1940.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :--

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Electoral Act Amend- ment Act, 1940 (No. 3) and shall be read as one with the Electoral Act, 1907-1936 (No. 27 of 1907 as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1928 and amended by the Acts No. 38 of 1931, No. 39 of 1934, No. 10 of 1936, and No. 18 of 1940), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Repeal of

5. 66a. 2. Section sixty-six a of the principal Act is hereby

repealed.

Citation of 3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
