An Act to amend the " Electoral Act.''

HEREAS it is expedient t<) postponc the preparations for and Preamble.

the formation of fresh electoral rolls about to be formed in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine until the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty, and to make provision that the rolls at present in force shall continue until thc thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty--Be it therefore Enacted by the Go~ernor of the province of South Australia, with the advicc and consent of thc Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, as follows:

be given and published, and all other matters and things whatsoever
