Preamble.

W HEREAS it is expedient to ameud

it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. From and after the passing of this A-ct the sections of '' The

Section 18 shall be read and have effect as if the word

2. This Act and the "Electoral Act," except in so far as the

same is altered by this Act, shall be incorporated, and read, and

construed together accordingly.
