An Act to amend

An Act to provide for the Election of Members to

serve in the Parliament of South Australia."

[Assented to, December 11, 1856.1

W HEREAS it is expedient to amend an Act, No. 10 of 1855-6,

"To provide for the Election of Members to serve in the

Parliament of South Australia," in manner followiag-Be it there- fore Enacted, by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council of the same, as follows:

l. In the event of two or more candidates to represent any

electoral district being of the same name, the voting~paper, by the said Act directed to bc given, shall contain the description of each such candidate, in addition to his Christian and surname.
