Election Funding {Legislative Assembly) Amendment.
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the "Election Funding (Legislative Assembly)
Amendment Act, 1982".
Commencement.
This Act shall be deemed to have commenced on 14th August, 1981.
Amendment of Act No. 78, 1981.
The Election Funding Act, 1981, is amended by inserting in section
73 (6) after the word "sections" the matter "65,".
