The Election Funding Authority, in pursuance of clause 4 of Schedule 1 to the Election Funding,
Expenditure and Disclosures Act 1981, gives the following Notice.

1      Name of Notice

This Notice is the Election Funding, Expenditure and Disclosures (Adjustable
Amounts) Further Amendment Notice 2013.

2 Amendment of Election Funding, Expenditure and Disclosures (Adjustable Amounts) Notice

(1) Schedule 1 Notice of adjustable amounts

Insert at the end of the Table to clause 3:

1 January 2014

(a)

$209,000 if there is only one elected member endorsed by the party, or

(b)

$365,500 if there are only 2 elected members endorsed by the party, or

(c)

$469,900 if there are only 3 elected members endorsed by the party, or

(d)

$469,900 if there are more than 3 elected members endorsed by the party plus $86,800 for each such member in excess of 3 up to a maximum of 22 members in excess of 3.

(2) Schedule 1, clause 4
Insert at the end of the Table to the clause:
1 January 2014 $209,000
(3) Schedule 1, clause 5
Omit “lesser” from the Table to the clause wherever occurring.
Insert instead “greater”.
(4) Schedule 1, clause 5, Table
Insert at the end of the Table:

1 January 2014

(a)

28 cents for each first preference vote received by any candidate at the previous State election who was endorsed by the party, or

(b) $5,600,

whichever is the greater
