Eggs (Export
Inspection Charge) Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Eggs (Export Inspection Charge)
Collection Act 1982.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall
come into operation on 29 April 1985.
Prescribed export permit
2. Regulation 4 of the Eggs
(Export Inspection Charge) Collection Regulations is amended by omitting “regulation
22 of the Export Control (General) Regulations” and substituting “orders made
under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations”.
