This regulation may be cited as the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Regulation1993 . ˙ Insertion of new s 2A 3. After section 2— insert — ˙ ‘ Share distribution scheme approval (s 14 of the Act) ‘ 2A.(1) The share distribution scheme dated June 1994 and prepared by Price Waterhouse for the Company is approved. ‘ (2) It is available for inspection at the office of the chief executive 1 during ordinary business hours of the office. ‘ (3) The chief executive must, on payment by a person of the fee decided by the chief executive, give the person a copy of the share distribution scheme.’.
