This regulation may be cited as the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. Sections 5 and 6 are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1997. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Regulation1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 1 (Short title) 4. Section 1, ‘(Restructuring) ’— omit. ˙ Replacement of section 3 (Annual fee payable by quota holder—Act, s 73(2)) 5. Section 3— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Annual fee payable by quota holder—Act, s 73(2) ‘ 3. For section 73(2) 1 of the Act, the prescribed annual fee payable by the holder of a quota is fixed at $2.’. ˙ Omission of schedule (Annual fee payable by quota holder) 6.
