This regulation may be cited as the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Regulation1993 . ˙ Insertion of new ss 6 and 7 3. After section 5— insert— ˙ ‘ Dissolution date—Act, s 24 ‘ 6. The dissolution date is the date this section commences. ˙ ‘ Abolition date—Act, s 127 ‘ 7. The poultry industry fund is abolished on the date this section commences.’. ENDNOTES 1.
