s1 4 Egg Industry (Restructuring) Amendment The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s6 No. 26, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Amendment Act 1996 . ˙ Act amended 2. This Act amends the Egg Industry (Restructuring) Act 1993. ˙ Amendment of s 1 (Short title) 3. Section 1, ‘ (Restructuring) ’— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Objects) 4. Section 3(a) to (d)— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Definitions) 5. Section 4, definitions “Central Queensland” , “Company” , “compulsory marketing scheme” , “Council” , “CQEMB” , “dissolution date” , “EMB” , “Far North Queensland” , “former egg marketing authorities” , “Mid-North Queensland” , “share distribution scheme” , “South Queensland” and “transfer date” — omit. ˙ Omission of pts 2–4 6.
