Egg Industry Research (Hen Quota) Levy Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council being advice that has taken into consideration the latest recommendation made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Council of Egg Producers with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purposes of section 10 of the Egg Industry Research (Hen Quota) Levy Act 1987, hereby make the following Regulations under the Act.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Egg Industry Research (Hen Quota) Levy Regulations.

Rate of levy in respect of a laying hen

2. For the purposes of section 10 of the Egg Industry Research (Hen Quota) Levy Act 1987, the amount of 3.25 cents is prescribed.
