I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Egg Industry (Repeal and Deregulation) Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 October 1990 as the day on which sections 36, 37 and 42 of the Act commence.
