An Act to amend the Egg Export Control Act 1947-1948.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and
the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows :—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Egg Export Control Act 1951.
(2.) The Egg
Export Control Act 1947-1948, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Egg Export Control Act 1947-1951.
Commencement.
2.This
Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
Definitions.
3.Section
three of the Egg Export Control Act 1947-1948
is amended by omitting the definition of “producer” and inserting in its stead
the following definition:—
“‘producer’ means a company, association,
society, partnership or person who or which owns five hundred or more adult.
female domestic fowls;”.
