REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendments of the Egg Control Regulations.

Definitions.

1. Regulation 3 of the Egg Control Regulations is amended by inserting after the definition of “appointed place” the following definition:—

“‘eggs’ includes egg pulp; “.

Licence to export eggs.

2. Regulation 12 of the Egg Control Regulations is amended by inserting after the word “eggs” the words “or egg pulp or both”.

Schedule.

3. The Schedule to the Egg Control Regulations is amended by omitting the words “export eggs from” and inserting in their stead the words “export................................................................. from”.
