This by-law may be cited as the Education (Teacher Registration) Amendment By-law (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Education (Teacher Registration) By-law 1999 . ˙ Insertion of new s 5A 3. After section 5— insert — ˙ ‘ Fee for a written report about an applicant’s criminal history ‘ 5A. An application for registration or restoration must be accompanied by the fee for the board to obtain a written report about the applicant’s criminal history under section 37(3) of the Act.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) 4.
