This by-law may be cited as the Education (Teacher Registration) Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Education(TeacherRegistration)By-law1989 . ˙ Insertion of new s 2A 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘ Definition ‘ 2A. In this by-law— “approved form” see section 24.’. ˙ Amendment for ‘form approved by the Board’ 4. Sections 4(1), 6(3), 8(1), 9, 15 and 17(2), ‘form approved by the Board’— omit, insert— ‘approved form’. ˙ Amendment of s 10 (Conduct of an inquiry) 5. Section 10(1), ‘, either personally’ to ‘in writing’— omit, insert— ‘written notice’. ˙ Insertion of new s 24 6. After section 23—
