This instrument is the Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) (Risk Rated Premium and Special Tuition Protection Components) Amendment Instrument 2021.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after the instrument is registered.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 9 of the Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) Act 2012.

4  Schedules

The instrument specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the Schedule.
