Education Services for Overseas Students (TEQSA Registration Renewal Application Period) Determination 2016

The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency hereby determines, for the purposes of subsection 10D(3) of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act), that applications to TEQSA for renewal of registration under subsection 10D(1) of the ESOS Act must be made:

a)at least 90 days prior to the date on which a provider’s registration is due to expire; or

b)within such shorter period as TEQSA allows.
