Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Education Service Providers (Full

Fee Overseas Students) Registration Amendment Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 17 April 1997.

Principal regulations

3.      In these regulations the Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas

Students) Registration Regulations 1992*	are referred to as the principal
regulations.
Schedule 1 amended

$600 ".

4.     Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended -

(a) in item 1 (c) -

(i)      by deleting "$230" and substituting the following -

44 $240 "; and

(ii)     by deleting "$565" and substituting the following -

$600

and

(b) in item 3 -

(i)      by deleting "$230" and substituting the following -

(ii)     by deleting "$565" and substituting the following -

5.     Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is amended by inserting in the
