2. In these regulations the Education Service Providers (Full Fee Overseas Students) Registration Regulations 1992* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule 1 amended
3. Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended -
(a) in item 1 (c) -
(i) by deleting "$220" and substituting the following -
$230 "; and
(ii) by deleting "$550" and substituting the following -

and $565 (b) in item 3 -
(i) by deleting "$220" and substituting the following -
it

(ii) by deleting "$550" and substituting the following -

Schedule 2 amended
4. Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is amended -
(a) by deleting the following exempted education service providers - a

and
by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical order the following
