This by-law may be cited as the Education (Senior Secondary School Studies) Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Education (Senior Secondary School Studies)By-law 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Senior examination) 3. Section 3(1), ‘section 7B’— omit, insert— ‘section 7(1)’. ˙ Amendment of s 13 (Rules) 4. Section 13(1)(ca) to (g) and (h)— renumber as section 13(1)(d) to (h) and (j). ˙ Amendment of schedule (Fees) 5. Schedule, item 1, ‘30.00’— omit, insert— ‘40.00’. ENDNOTES 1.
