This regulation may be cited as the Education (School Curriculum P-10) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Education(SchoolCurriculumP-10)Regulation 1997 . ˙ Amendment of s 11 (Required tests—Act, s 13) 3. Section 11(a)— omit, insert — ‘(a) a test, for administering in 2001 and each subsequent year, to assess the literacy and numeracy skills of all students in year 3;’. ENDNOTES 1.
