Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Education (Queensland College ofTeachers) Regulation 2005. 3 Amendment of s 36A (National professional standards) (1) Section 36A, from ‘the ‘National’— omit, insert — ‘the national professional standards prescribed are the professional standards for teachers approved by the Standing Council of Education Ministers.’. (2) Section 36A— insert — ‘(2) In this section— Standing Council of Education Ministers means— (a) the Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs; or (b) the Standing Council on School Education and Early Childhood; or (c) a successor of the Standing Council on School Education and Early Childhood.’.
