s1 2 s5 Education (Overseas Students) Amendment Regulation No. 210, 2004 (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education (Overseas Students) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Education(OverseasStudents)Regulation 1998 . 3 Amendment of s 17 (Fee for application for registration as provider or renewal) Section 17, ‘$220.00’— omit, insert— ‘$225.50’. 4 Amendment of s 18 (Fee for application for registration of course or renewal) Section 18(1), (2) and (3)(b), ‘$55.00’— omit, insert— ‘$56.00’. 5 Amendment of s 19 (Fee for application to change registration of provider or course) Section 19, ‘$55.00’— omit, insert— ‘$56.00’.
