This regulation may be cited as the Education (Overseas Students) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 2000. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Education (Overseas Students) Regulation1998 . ˙ Amendment of s 17 (Fee for application for registration as provider or renewal) 4. Section 17, ‘$200.00’— omit, insert — ‘$220.00’. ˙ Amendment of s 18 (Fee for application for registration of course or renewal) 5. Section 18, ‘$50.00’— omit, insert — ‘$55.00’. ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Fee for application to change registration of provider or course) 6. Section 19, ‘$50.00’— omit, insert — ‘$55.00’.
