Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2025.

2   Commencement

(1)Parts 2 and 3 commence on 1 January 2026.

(2)Part 4 commences on 1 October 2025.
