Part 1 Preliminary

1 Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2021.

2 Commencement

(1)This regulation, other than part 4, commences on 1 January 2022.
(2)Part 4 commences on 1 October 2021.

Part 2 Amendment of Education (General Provisions) Regulation 2017
