Part 1 Preliminary

1 Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2 Commencement

(1)The following provisions commence on 1 January 2019—
(a)part 2;
(b)part 3, other than sections 5 and 6;
(c)part 4;
(d)part 6.
(2)Part 5 commences on 1 October 2018.
