Part 1 Preliminary

1 Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education Legislation (Fees) Amendment Regulation 2016 .

2 Commencement

(1)Part 5 commences on 1 October 2016.
(2)The remaining provisions of this regulation commence on 1 January 2017.
