s1 3 s5 Education Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 164, 2005 2005 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement Sections 10 to 12 commence on 1 October 2005. Part 2 Amendment of Education (General Provisions) Regulation 2000 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of s 57 (Textbook and resource allowance) Section 57(2)(a)(ii), ‘an’— omit, insert— ‘a campus of the’. 5 Amendment of s 64 (Remote area agricultural college allowance) Section 64(b), ‘an’— omit, insert— ‘a campus of the’.
