2 Education (General Provisions) (Approval of Enrolment) (No. 1) No. 324, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) (Approval of Enrolment) Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Approval of enrolment etc. of an overseas person 2. For the purposes of section 76 of the Act, the following is approved— (a) the enrolment of a person whose name is set out in column 1 of the Schedule at the school that appears in column 2 opposite the name of the person; (b) the provision of instruction to the person at the school or in relation to the person’s enrolment at the school.
