This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1991 . Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1992. Amended regulation 3. The Education (General Provisions) Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation.
