This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Use of State educational institutions) 3. Section 19(2)(i)(i), ‘shall be limited to 1 season only and’— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 56 (Per capita allowances to certain non-State schools) 4.(1) Section 56, ‘On application by the principal of a’— omit, insert— ‘For each’. (2) Section 56(a), ‘$291’— omit, insert— ‘$303’. (3) Section 56(b), ‘$582’— omit, insert— ‘$606’. (4) Section 56(c), ‘$933’— omit, insert— ‘$948’.
