This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1999. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) 4. Section 2— insert— ‘ “agricultural college” means an agricultural college under the Agricultural Colleges Act 1994 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 55 (Textbook and resource allowance) 5.(1) Section 55(2), definition “approved student”, paragraph (b)(iii), ‘a rural training school’— omit, insert— ‘an agricultural college’.
