This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 20 (Limitation on use of State educational institutions for commercial and propaganda purposes) 3. Section 20(4)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) a commercial photographer to photograph students or teachers of a State educational institution at the institution; or’. ENDNOTES 1.
