1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Education (General Provisions) Regulation 2006.

Each State school mentioned in schedule 5A is prescribed for section 419A(5) of the Act, definition prescribed State school , paragraph (b).
