Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 6 January 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 2006. 4 Amendment of s 9B (Power to remove property from student) (1) Section 9B(2)(a), ‘approved’— omit . (2) Section 9B— insert — (3) In this section— behaviour plan , for a State school, means a plan made by the principal under a policy or procedure mentioned in section 276 of the Act.
